Culture in Romance: The Series

August 20, 2007

I’ve barely touched the tip of the iceberg when it comes to race and its relations in society, but a post on Karen’s blog from a month ago made me think: race is so much more than black and white. In response to this, an idea germinated and it culminated in the subsequent series of interviews with authors both familiar and new about their experiences in the publishing industry as someone who is neither black nor white. The following two weeks or so shall be partially dedicated to the interviews I’ve conducted and I’m curious to see the responses.
